At a young age, Samantha was taught that staying fit and eating healthy was the way to a good, strong life. These factors would eventually become the foundations for Samantha’s life and instilled her passion to be the best she can be.
Samantha grew up in Orlando, Florida and at the young age of 2, she started gymnastics. She would go on to dedicate the next 10 years of her life to the sport, taking part in competitions nationwide. At the age of 15, she decided to leave gymnastics in order to use her skills to pursue the competitive sport of all-star cheerleading and dancing. As a well-rounded athlete, Samantha competed as one of the main flyers of her coed squad, where endurance and strength training were the fundamental assets of ultimate achievement. With her competitive nature and drive to succeed, she was elected captain of her all-star team two years in a row, leading her squad to numerous national championships. During this time, Samantha was also on her high school track team, ran cross-country and was on a competitive dance squad.
Today, Samantha still has a strong desire to succeed. Staying physically fit, strong and healthy continues to be the driving force in her day-to-day life. With her daily workouts at the gym and regular long-distance running, Samantha enjoys living a healthy lifestyle while being a full-time student.
