Janet is originally from Long Island, but she has been living in Florida for the past 10 years. Back home when she was about 21 years old, her boyfriend owned a gym and was dedicated to working out. Ever since then, Janet took an interest in the fitness industry. After moving to Florida, she continued her passion for health and fitness. "Since working as a model for BSN®, I feel it's important to stay in top shape which requires a lot of dedication and perseverance."

When she's not in the gym, Janet finds happiness in watching a football game and eating Chinese food or pasta on a lazy Sunday afternoon. She also spends much of her time educating herself in photography, and has enjoyed doing many photo shoots with BSN®. "I love the outdoors, and living in Florida offers so many types of outdoor activities that you can't enjoy year-round in other places. I'm a real homebody - holidays are my favorite and I love staying local with my friends and family and doing all the corny holiday activities together."

From the gym to the outdoors, Janet proves that being a BSN® spokesmodel is no easy task. With her strong commitment to fitness and health, it's no wonder Janet has become a Girl of BSN® favorite and will continue to represent BSN® throughout the rest of her career!
