Nichole Jackson is a born and raised Texas girl and is a huge Cowboys fan!  Always having loved sports and fitness, Nichole began training at 16 years old after she begged her mom for a gym membership for her birthday... and the rest is history!

After leaving Texas she spent many years in South Florida where fitness played a big part of keeping up with the "beach" lifestyle. During that time is where she fell in love with her favorite cardio routine, the heart pumping fast class of spinning!  She has been addicted and doing it ever since.

Nichole now resides far from South Florida in New York City, but still keeps busy working with BSN® as one of the original Girls of BSN®!  Nichole has been a staple in the fitness industry and has no desire to slow down... stay tuned to see what's next!!
