BSN® is pleased to announce the latest addition to the team, 2011 CrossFit Games Champion Rich Froning! Rich is a rising star in the fast-emerging sport of CrossFit, a training discipline that combines elements from a wide variety of sports and training styles with a focus on high-intensity activities in a competitive setting designed to create a broad level of functional physical fitness. A former high school baseball star and firefighter in his hometown of Cookeville, TN, Rich is a natural athlete whose competitive nature and dedication to exemplary physical fitness make him a perfect fit with Team BSN®.

Soon after graduating from Tennessee Tech University, Rich discovered CrossFit competition and was hooked. He made a name for himself at the 2010 CrossFit Games, winning his way through sectionals and regionals before settling for a second-place finish in the finals. He came back even stronger in 2011 and took the top spot, earning himself the title of “Fittest Man on Earth.”
